Constructed of heat treated 4140 high carbon steel for strength. Zinc Dicromate coated handles and hardcoat high luster chrome finish provide superior corrosion resistance. The grip is of Patented foam vinyl to provide increased retention and handling.

The Asp tactical baton is available in four sizes. 16, 21, 26, and 31 inch. The size is the length of the whole expanded baton. For instance, the 16 inch baton has an 6 inch handle, and will expand out another 10 inches giving you 16 inches.The most common sizes are the 21 and 26 inch. I believe the 26" to be the best length. If you need one for protection while jogging or biking, the 16" has been the customers first choice..
