Shipping and Return Policies

If for
ANY REASON you are not happy with
your purchase within 14 days of delivery, you may return it for
a full refund - minus shipping. As
consumers we too hate to purchase a product and it does not live
up to our image of what we thought they should be. Only to find
that the merchant requires us to jump thru 100 hoops or cops an
attitude when we try to return the item. Our policy is to make
your return as easy as possible with as few hoops as we can.
Of course if we send you the wrong item that is our error we
will cover the return shipping as well.

Products
must be in original package and re-saleable condition.

This
applies to all products with the exception of special orders
such as Custom badges. You may only return a custom badge if
it is not correct per your original order. Email before
shipping to receive an RA number.

Please

to receive an RA number prior to shipping to insure you proper
credit.

After 14
days, non-special order items may be returned with approval
and will be accessed a 25% restocking fee. Please email
returns@popguns.com
for an RA number.

Warranty
Issues: First 14 days please contact us directly, After 14 day
return date please contact the manufacturer for warranty
issues. Of course please contact us should you need assistance
with contact information.
Personal
Information Protection:
The
security of your personal information is of the highest priority
to our company and we make ever effort to ensure it's safety. We
are a family owned business and have been victim of credit card
fraud and didn't like it. We use a third party credit card
processing company (Americart)
which uses a secure socket layer encryption system for sensitive
credit card information as well as Scan Alert Hacker safe
software.
To further
protect your data, we must access our Cart server account with
an encrypted password in order to obtain the last 6 numbers and
CV security code from your card. The only employees with access
to your personal information is the upper mgmt team responsible
for accounting. At no time has any other employee have access to
this sensitive information.
Order fulfillment

verifies inventory in stock

Accounting mgr.
accesses Americart account and processes payment - then all
details are moved to computer that is never on line and
deletes all on line records of personal information. ( We do
not charge consumers card unless product is in inventory.)

Shipping clerk
processes shipping.

Order is shipped.
Finally, we
do not give, sell, load, trade your personal information with
any other company or persons.
Shipping
Policy:
Our
warehouse is open on business days of Monday thru Friday
excluding holidays. Orders are only processed on business days.
We make every attempt to ship the same day the order is placed,
however we can not guarantee. If you must have a product on the
next day please call 1st to verify it is in stock and that
shipments have not been picked up.

We
generally ship all orders via UPS, however we reserve the
right to use alternate shipping methods in order to expedite
shipments.

We do
ship Internationally, with restrictions: Customs restrictions,
no Middle East or Asian countries.

Custom
Badges are dropped shipped from the mfg.
