Although we would prefer that you
purchase your firearms from our Pro Shop at 30 S.
Post Road, we are more than happy to handle the
transfer of your firearms. Due to restrictions
from our insurance company we only do transfers to
and from Licensed Dealers. We will not
accept shipments from non-dealers. All
shipments shipped by Family Indoor Shooting Range
are shipped insured. We only ship via UPS.

Procedures
Incoming
Transfers:

You must first finalize your
purchase.

All transfers must be in person,
they can not be done over the Phone or Email.

You must provide the Dealers
name, phone number, fax number, email and web
address as well as the dealers FFL EZ- Check
number ( This is the first three and last five
digits of their Federal Dealers License number).

The Dealer must include a copy of
their FFL with the shipment and clearly mark
your name on the outside of the shipping box (We
do not open the package until you are present).
Once you have
provided the above information we will forward a
copy of our FFL to the shipping dealer. We suggest
that you have the shipper provide you with a
tracking number so you may keep tabs on the
shipment. Please note that once your firearm(s)
arrive they must be entered into our system, which
will take at least 24hrs.
Out going Transfers:

You must first finalize your
purchase.

All transfers must be in person,

accepting Dealers name, phone number, fax
number, email and web address as well as the
dealers FFL EZ- Check number ( This is the first
three and last five digits of their Federal
Dealers License number).

We must have a signed copy of the
accepting Dealers FFL either Emailed, Faxed or
mailed via USPS.

All firearms to be transferred
are to be unloaded, can not be pre-packaged as
we must verify Make - Model and Serial numbers.
We do not ship ammunition, powder or primers.

You are also responsible for the
cost of shipping via UPS, Most single firearms
will ship for a flat fee of $35.00. Multiple,ex-large or heavy firearms shipping fees will be
determined as the time of shipment.
Once you have completed all the above we will
package your firearms and ship with in three
business days. We will provide the receiving
dealer with a tracking number via UPS's Quantum
services.
