BlackHawk Concealment holster and tactical gear. Universal Leather Holsters

We stock BlackHawk, Uncle Mike's (Michaels of Oregon), Safariland, Fobus, Don Hume Leather holsters and magazine pouches for the most popular handguns. After visiting our holster pages and you can not find a holster for your handgun please give us a call toll free at 1-877-900-4867.   One of our staff will be happy to assist you.

The  quality of your holster is as important as the quality of our handgun itself. In a stressful situation if your handgun is not easy to access and put into action, the quality of the handgun makes no difference. You need to put as much time into picking the correct carry system as you have your handgun.

In the Pocket Holster:  This style of holster is very concealable when using the very small backups such as the Keltec 32 /380; Beretta Tomcat and n some cases as large as an SW 642.
In the pant Holster:  You can always just stick your handgun into your waist band and hope it doesn't fall thru or go with an in the pants holster. You can conceal most sized handguns in this manner, as the handle is the part that you must conceal from printing* You will need to wear an over shirt or untucked primary shirt to cover the grip from view.
Ankle Holster: Unless you wear pegged pants or can't reach your ankles then the ankle holster is also a very concealable method of hiding your defensive weapon. One negative in regards to an ankle holster is quick access. You may end up exposing you head to the assailant while acquiring the handgun from the ankle holster. Not the fastest method of presenting* a handgun in a violent situation, however it beats leaving it in the glove box or at home.
Belt Holster: Strong side carry is considered to be the best tactical method to carry your handgun. However in fair weather can be the most difficult to conceal. You can dress in many situations to conceal this method of carry without drawing attention to yourself from the everyday public. Negative to such a holster on the belt: If you need to remove the handgun to enter a restricted area you most .
Paddle Holster: Strong side carry with paddle holster. See all the above, except if you need to remove your handgun the paddle just pops out.
Shoulder Holster: Works well in cool weather when it doesn't look odd wearing an over shirt or jacket. Not as tactical sound as strong side carry as you must cross over your body to obtain your weapon and then must cross back to present it.
Tactical Thigh Holster: Ok -Does cowboy come to mind? Unless you have a valid reason for this type of carry  or just want one - Don't waste your money.
Fanny packs: In the past a good way to conceal you handgun, however even non-firearm people are aware of this method of concealment. Yet still a good alternative to not being armed otherwise.
Concealment bags: Their are a number of women's purses with built in concealment holsters. Also Maxpedition has a variety of Fight-flight ready bags with concealment holsters
Concealment Apparel: 5.11 Tactical Series offers concealment vests, jackets and no undershirts. You can put the handgun in the provided pockets of the outerwear or add the velcro attached universal holster to the concealment pockets.

*Printing: The visible outline of a weapon under clothing.

*Presenting: Drawing/pointing your weapon at the intended target.
