Eotech

The Eotech  HOLOgraphic Weapon Sight (HWS) is the first electro-optic sighting system to apply holographic technology to small and medium sized weapon platforms. When used in Close Quarter Battle (CQB) environments, this revolutionary weapon optic delivers amazing speed and accuracy gains, uncompromising use of peripheral vision, leaves no muzzle-side operator signature and is packaged in a durable unit.

Lasermax

Fits Remington 870

No additional Bases or parts needed

There are many laser sighting systems on the market today, but for fifteen years, LaserMax has proven to provide the safest, most consistent and reliable sight of them all. Here’s why:    Having a laser sight positioned inside the firearm offers many practical tactical advantages.  LaserMax’s patented design is the only completely internally-mounted laser sight system.

Aimpoint

Aimpoint is known as the originator of the red dot sighting technology and has been the leading manufacturer of red dot sights for 30 years. Military personnel, police, hunters and competition shooters around the world use Aimpoint red dot sights also called reflex sights. They are rugged, made from the best materials and components available and can be used in weather conditions from the tropics to the Arctic

Installing optics on our  shotgun can be trying at best.  If your receiver does not have pre-drilled  scope base holes you will have to find a local gunsmith to drill and tape, or purchase a B-Square horseshoe mount.  I can tell you the B-Square mounts are large and butt ugly. They work great on a hunting shotgun, however not our idea of a tactical shotgun accessory We recommend if you are going to put a $300.00 to $500.00 optic on your shotgun. You should pony up the $75.00 to $100.00 to have your receiver drilled and tapped.

Sorry, we do not have any personal experience using these products on a shotgun. However we have a bunch of experience using them on our AR15 Squad rifles. Both the Aimpoint and Eotech are durable products that have held their point of aim thru the roughest of conditions. Mine is strapped in the trunk of my cruiser and gets bounced around 7days a week.  I have an Eotech on my car gun and an Aimpoint on my 11" entry rifle. Both are over 2 years old and still keep going. We have installed a large number of these for customers who's use ranges from just looking at it , coyote hunting to full Swat call outs.  So if you want a electronic optic for your shotgun we can strongly recommend these products.

There is a great number of "CHEAP" red dot scopes on the market. There is a reason that they are cheap! In our opinion they are crap. We have not found one of these that held up to normal use. So if you are not ready to buy a quality red dot, save your $$$, you won't be happy.
